There is a famous question asked on Parashat Nasso. Why do we have to outline every Shevet’s Korban if they are all the same? Couldn’t we do a quick summary?
The Netivot Shalom gives a beautiful answer. Each Shevet is outlined to show how we all have our own Tafkid or mission. Yehuda’s is leadership, Yissachar’s is learning, Zevulun’s is hard work, etc. At the same time, we all have the same goal to serve Hashem with all our strength. We have the same korban to show that we have the same goal but we list everyone differently because each one achieves this goal differently.
Every Jew is unique. Some of us may find it easier to learn BeChavruta while others may find it easier to learn by ourselves. Some of us connect to davening while some connect to Chumash. No matter what, we all have the same goal of serving Hashem with all our Ko’ach.
